Only the Liberal Democrats can beat Labour in Edinburgh North & LeithAt the last election, the Liberal Democrats came a close second to Labour in Edinburgh North & Leith. 
Our area is now one of the closest constituencies anywhere in the UK. Many expect only a handful of votes to decide the outcome of the next election here. At the last election, Labour tried to trick people by saying the result would be "close between Labour and the Tories." However the Conservatives finished a distant third with the SNP coming an even poorer fourth. Neither the Tories or the Nationalists can possibly win here. Voting for them now will only help Labour hold on in Edinburgh North & Leith. Only by voting for the Liberal Democrats can we stop Labour taking our area for granted. That is why many former Conservative and SNP voters are switching to the Liberal Democrats to beat Labour here.
